2. Scope of this policy
This privacy policy applies to personal information collected through aiincomepush.pro and related subdomains, our enrolment and payment flows, email communications, live sessions, support channels and any other service where we reference this policy. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our pages; those sites operate under their own privacy practices.
We provide education and professional development. We do not offer investment products, financial planning services or guaranteed income outcomes. Information you share with us is processed to deliver training and related administrative functions, not to provide personalised financial advice.
3. Personal information we collect
“Personal information” means information about an identifiable individual, as defined under PIPEDA. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories:
3.1 Information you provide directly
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, province or territory of residence
- Account and enrolment data: program selections, cohort dates, billing name, purchase history, certificates issued
- Communications: messages sent through contact forms, email threads, support tickets and session chat where applicable
- Payment-related data: transaction identifiers and billing status. Full payment card numbers are processed by our payment service provider; we do not store complete card details on our servers
- Professional context you choose to share: current role, industry, goals for applying AI in client work — used to tailor educational materials, not for credit or lending decisions
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps and approximate location derived from IP
- Cookie and similar technologies data as described in our Cookie Policy
- Security logs: authentication events, failed login attempts and anti-abuse signals
3.3 Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from payment processors (confirmation of successful payment), email delivery providers (delivery and bounce status) and analytics vendors where you have consented to optional analytics cookies. We do not purchase marketing lists of personal information.
4. Purposes for which we use personal information
We identify purposes before or at the time of collection and limit use to those purposes or compatible purposes permitted under PIPEDA. Our primary purposes include:
- Delivering programs, materials, live sessions, assessments and certificates of participation
- Processing enrolments, invoices, receipts and customer support requests
- Operating and securing our website, preventing fraud and enforcing our Terms of Use
- Communicating service updates, schedule changes, policy revisions and administrative notices
- Improving curriculum, usability and content based on aggregated feedback and, where consented, analytics
- Meeting legal, regulatory and tax record-keeping obligations in Canada
- Responding to privacy access and correction requests
We will not use your personal information for materially different purposes without obtaining fresh consent, except where permitted or required by law.
5. Legal bases and consent
PIPEDA requires meaningful consent for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, subject to limited exceptions. We rely on the following bases:
- Express consent: when you tick a consent box, submit an enrolment form, opt in to marketing emails or accept optional analytics cookies through our cookie banner
- Implied consent: when the purpose is obvious from context — for example, using your email to reply to a question you sent — and you voluntarily provide the information
- Legitimate business needs: maintaining security, conducting internal audits and defending legal claims, balanced against your reasonable expectations
- Legal obligation: retaining financial records, responding to valid court orders or cooperating with regulators where required
You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time by contacting [email protected] or adjusting cookie preferences. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may limit our ability to provide certain services — for example, optional analytics or promotional emails.
6. Disclosure of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate our education business:
- Service providers: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, customer relationship tools and analytics (where consented), bound by contractual confidentiality and data-handling terms
- Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants or insurers under confidentiality duties when necessary
- Legal requirements: regulators, courts or law enforcement when we believe disclosure is required by applicable law
- Business transitions: in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to continued protection consistent with this policy
Some service providers may process data outside Canada. When personal information is transferred internationally, we assess safeguards and contractual protections so that your information receives comparable protection to PIPEDA standards.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and optional analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. Your cookie choices are stored for six months. For full details — including categories, vendors, retention periods and opt-out steps — see our dedicated Cookie Policy.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
- Enrolment and billing records: typically seven years from the end of the fiscal year in which the transaction occurred, to meet Canadian tax and accounting requirements
- Support correspondence: up to three years after resolution, unless linked to an active enrolment or dispute
- Marketing consents and unsubscribe logs: retained to demonstrate compliance for three years after withdrawal
- Security and server logs: generally ninety days, unless needed for incident investigation
- Cookie consent records: six months, aligned with our cookie banner storage period
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymise personal information so it can no longer identify you.
9. Security safeguards
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. Measures include access controls limited to staff with a business need, encryption in transit (TLS) for website traffic, hashed credentials where passwords are used, vendor due diligence and incident response procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach of security safeguards involving personal information that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) as required under PIPEDA breach notification rules.
10. Your individual rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you, to challenge its accuracy and to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. You may also withdraw consent for optional uses, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
10.1 How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject line “PIPEDA Access Request”. Include your full name, email address used with us and a description of the information you seek. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before releasing records.
10.2 Response timelines
We will acknowledge your request within ten business days and provide a substantive response within thirty days, unless an extension is permitted under PIPEDA. If we cannot fulfil your request in whole or in part, we will explain why and inform you of complaint options.
10.3 Complaints to the OPC
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada:
Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

Gatineau, QC K1A 1H3
Toll-free: 1-800-282-1376
Website: priv.gc.ca
We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concern directly.
11. Children and minors
Our programs are intended for adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under sixteen without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have collected information from a minor in error, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Automated decision-making
We do not make enrolment or certification decisions solely through automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. AI tools may appear in course content as subjects of study; they do not determine your eligibility or grades without human instructional oversight.
13. Marketing communications
With your consent, we may send emails about new programs, events or educational resources. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages — receipts, schedule changes, security alerts — are not marketing and may be sent without separate consent where necessary to deliver the service you purchased.
14. Change log
We review this policy periodically and update it when our practices or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where changes affect how we use personal information already collected, we will provide additional notice or seek consent when required.
