Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to aiincomepush.pro and your participation in programs and services offered by AI Income Push Inc. By using our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

1. Agreement and acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AI Income Push Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada with its principal place of business at 148 James Street North, Suite 200, Hamilton, ON L8R 2L5 (Business Number BN 764829351 RC0001).

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an enrolment form or paying for a program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our services.

Where you enrol on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” includes the organisation.

2. What “push” means in our brand

AI Income Push uses the word “push” to describe forward momentum into priced, billable delivery and teachable professional methods. In our brand and programs, “push” means structured progress toward applying AI tools in client-ready work — scoping projects, packaging services, documenting workflows and delivering outcomes you can invoice.

“Push” does not mean:

  • Get-rich-quick schemes, overnight wealth claims or unrealistic timelines
  • Investment advice, securities recommendations or portfolio management
  • Financial planning, tax advice or legal advice — we provide vocational education only
  • High-pressure or deceptive sales tactics; we describe our programs clearly and leave enrolment decisions to you

Our slogan — “Push AI practice into priced, billable work” — reflects this educational focus on professional delivery, not promises of specific financial returns.

3. Services described

AI Income Push provides vocational education, including online and live programs, workshops, templates, office hours and related materials designed to help professionals integrate AI tools into billable client work. Program descriptions on our website outline scope, format, duration and pricing. We may update curriculum content to reflect tool changes while preserving stated learning outcomes.

Certificates, where offered, confirm participation and completion of stated modules. They are not professional licences, university degrees or government credentials unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority in your province or territory, to enrol. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Fees, payment and refunds

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted and may change before you complete a purchase. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.

Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you authorise charges for the selected program and agree to the provider’s terms.

Refund eligibility, transfer options and cancellation windows are stated on the relevant program page or enrolment confirmation. Unless a specific guarantee is published for a named cohort, all sales follow the refund policy in effect at purchase. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.

6. Income and education disclaimer

AI Income Push trains people to apply AI tools to priced, billable work. We teach workflows, packaging and delivery methods that can support income growth based on your own effort, market conditions, skills and client relationships.

We do not promise a specific salary, profit figure, client count, contract value or business outcome. Past participant experiences shared as testimonials or case studies are illustrative only and not guarantees of your results. Your outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your industry, pricing decisions, time invested and how you apply the material.

Our content is educational. It is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal or tax decisions. AI-generated outputs demonstrated in courses may contain errors; you remain accountable for professional judgment and client deliverables.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website and program materials lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Share login credentials or redistribute paid materials to non-enrolled parties
  • Record, scrape or bulk-download live sessions or restricted content without written permission
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with site operation
  • Harass instructors, staff or other participants
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with AI Income Push or use our trademarks without consent
  • Use course techniques to produce unlawful, discriminatory or harmful outputs for clients

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without refund depending on severity and our published policies.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, curricula, videos, slides, templates, branding and software interfaces are owned by AI Income Push Inc. or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in Canada and internationally.

Enrolment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access materials for your own professional learning during the access period stated at purchase. You may adapt templates for your client work but may not resell, publicly republish or sublicense our materials as competing training products.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve programs without obligation to compensate you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9. Third-party tools and links

Programs may reference or demonstrate third-party AI platforms, plugins or services. Those tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party availability, pricing or data practices. Your use of external tools is at your discretion and risk.

Links on our site to external websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement where allowed.

We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free materials or that AI tools shown in training will remain available or unchanged. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may affect access.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, AI Income Push Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising from your use of the site or programs, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or your enrolment shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Income Push Inc. from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of materials or professional services you deliver to your own clients using skills learned in our programs.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you acknowledge that policy.

14. Changes to terms or services

We may update these Terms or modify programs to reflect legal, technical or curriculum changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For active enrolments, changes that materially reduce purchased benefits will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable.

15. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach, non-payment, fraud or discontinuation of a program. Provisions that by nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, you agree that the courts located in Hamilton, Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services. Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected].

If you are a consumer in a province with non-waivable statutory rights, those rights remain unaffected by this section.

17. General provisions

These Terms, together with policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement regarding the website and purchased programs. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a business transfer.
